My backgroundSince the beginning of my career, I have been exploring the point of conjunction between people development and business strategy. I have a background in Organizational Psychology and Behavioral Economics, and my focus is to understand how to transform organizations to make people enjoy their work, learn faster, perform better, and have outstanding business results.
My journey started in organizational consulting, and after six years working for Impact International in leadership development and change management projects, I have spent the last chapter of my career focusing on people strategy and enablement projects at the Boston Consulting Group.
I have a specific interest in digital solutions and gamification to develop leadership capabilities and enable transformation processes. I developed business plans and products to enrich the portfolio of solutions of the companies I’ve worked for, including a business leadership simulation, a capability building app and a psychometric.
My international perspective on business and people has matured in years of engagements with talented professionals in Fortune 500 companies from all corners of the globe, with a specific focus on Europe, Middle East and South East Asia.
