Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with charities and liaise with clients to identify their needs and
    ensure client satisfaction

  • Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery
    elements within time limits

  • Organise facilities and manage all event’s details (ie. Location, invitee list,
    equipment, catering)

  • Coordinate with Eventbrite for event ticketing

  • Working closely with developers on the process of creating the Mapped Social
    product (ie. App, client dashboards)


Job Requirements:

  • Having a passion for charity and CSR

  • Experience as an event planner or organiser

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management
