Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct management workshops to provide a sound overall understanding the concepts and benefits of Industrie 4.0

  • Conduct Industrie 4.0 readiness assessment and auditing based on based on TÜV SÜD methodologies

  • Perform gap analysis using a set of methodologies and identify focus areas for improvement

  • Ensure timely completion of assessment and submission of assessment reports

  • Ensure timely corrective action of the report arising from the review

  • Interface and provide support to Project Executives for the day-to-day planning, operation support and/ or last minutes changes to ensure smooth assessment is carried out

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or IT related disciplines

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or IT related disciplines

  • Completion of relevant assessor courses or relevant consulting courses such as Lead Assessor, Internal Audit, Lean

  • Manufacturing and Project Management courses

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience as an auditor from third-party certification bodies or at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or IT industries with hands-on knowledge

  • Experience in the manufacturing and/ or industrial sector with a focus on advanced manufacturing, such as automation and control systems, and digital processes would be an added advantage

  • Detailed and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team player

  • Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and analytical skills

  • Willing to travel overseas to conduct assessment
