  • Assists the Restaurant Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant

  • Ensures that the restaurant meets the high services standards established

  • Ensures that the cost control policies and procedures are followed and diligent compliance with the rules and regulations

  • Ensures that all inventories are well kept, organized and accounted. Conducts inventory spot checks where necessary

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a similar role in F&B industry especially in managing an outlet.

  • Previous management experience in similar high-end and fast moving environment is essential.

  • Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcome.

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Passionate to serve and willing to take up challenges.

  • Communicates efficiently with people from all walks of life.

  • Should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver KU DE TA’s unique product and standard of customer service.

  • A pro-active and motivational attitude towards management is required.

  • Previous experience with Modern Asian cuisine is preferred, but not essential

  • Must have the ability to Improve team cohesion between Club Lounge and Restaurant
