Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter Ltd (OSCAS) is a registered charity devoted to caring for a hundred rescued strays. These dogs are rescued from industrial estates, parks and urbanisation of jungles to save them from being culled by the local authorities. These 'Singapore Specials' call OSCAS their home as they wait for their right families to come along.
Our animals are given a second chance to live but with a better life - that is what is being committed to all the rescued dogs at OSCAS. We strive to give them the best we can - passionate love, reasonably nutritious food and without doubt, a comfortable shelter to protect them from harm.
Stray rescue in Singapore is a long tiring journey and a never-ending issue. OSCAS was founded by two ladies who have been relying on their life savings to support the shelter. Help is needed to continue caring for the dogs.
Lend a Hand, Save a Paw
A total of more than 110 mongrels currently call this shelter home and needless to say, it can only be sustained with help from trusty volunteers and kind donations or sponsorships.
